Through the Girls Empowerment Project Extension – Kasodo CDP, Good Neighbors International Uganda conducted a Business Selection, Planning, and Management Training at Kasodo Technical Institute.
The training empowered 54 youth (48 girls, 6 boys) with practical entrepreneurial skills in Fashion & Design, Hairdressing, and Building Construction. “I am so happy that I now know how to start and manage a business.
I have learned how to research locations, handle losses, and use social capital without money,” says Naherya Viola, a 19-year-old hairdressing trainee.
